Legion100.ca is an independently operated communications, operations, and community-support platform designed to assist participating Legion Branches with communication, coordination, continuity, and member engagement.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to users. Legion100 is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Independent Platform
Legion100 is independently owned and operated.
Participation by a Branch, committee, volunteer, staff member, or user does not create an ownership, governance, or operational relationship between Legion100 and any participating Branch, Provincial Command, Dominion Command, or other Legion entity.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with the platform, we may collect:
• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Province or territory
• Branch affiliation
• Communication preferences
• Areas of interest
• Volunteer, staff, committee, or leadership role information
• Information voluntarily submitted through forms, registrations, inquiries, or participation requests

Advertising supports the operation of the platform and remains separate from Branch fundraising activities.

Advertising is based on general audience exposure and is not driven by individual user information.
No Sale of Personal Information
Personal information is never sold, rented, traded, or otherwise transferred for commercial gain.

Information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the platform, including services related to:
